The STEMABLE PROJECT INC. is an incorporated non profit based in Adelaide, South Australia.

We aim to

  • increase student interest and engagement in STEM subjects at high school

  • increase female participation and achievement in STEM subjects at high school

  • give skills and confidence to STEM teachers

  • connect students, teachers and industry to provide a seamless transition between school, study and careers

STEMABLE is co-founded by two expert science teachers, who have a passion for STEM subjects, student empowerment and quality education.

From 2018, we will be hosting workshop days for female students, their teachers and parents.

INNOVATION GIRLS- Workshop Day 2019

Innovation Girls was a one day event on Thursday 2nd May 2019. Over 50 female students from local schools in year 9 and 10 participated.

GIRLS: A STEM LIFE

“Girls: A STEM Life” was a one day event on Friday 25th May 2018. It was open to female students in year 9 and 10 from schools in the western suburbs, including the City of Marion, targeting girls from low SES background.
